What we do
Turning ambition into action for climate and nature
We know that urgent action is needed to tackle the climate and biodiversity crisis. But we also know that this space is complex and constantly evolving. Talking about action is one thing. Taking action is another.
This is where Milkywire comes in. We are more than an impact platform or a project funder, we are an impact firm. From our base in Stockholm, and with colleagues across Europe and the US, our team of around 20 impact and sustainability professionals works closely with a global network of expert advisors. Together, we ensure the highest levels of quality, integrity, and depth across everything we do.
We act as an advisor and an extension of our clients’ sustainability teams, helping them navigate a fast-moving, fragmented market and bring additional expertise in areas that are often hard to cover internally. Sustainability teams today manage broad and rapidly evolving agendas, and we strengthen their work through targeted expertise and added clarity across key areas of climate and nature action. By connecting strategy with action, we make it easier for companies to focus forward while we ensure that their climate and nature work stands on solid ground.

We bring expertise across climate, nature, and community-based impact, as well as corporate sustainability strategy, frameworks, and project management. Our approach is cause-agnostic and built on a robust methodology that allows us to tackle any topic with precision and credibility.
Today, our dedication to climate and nature is stronger than ever. Our mission is clear: to create value for the planet while building long-term strength and success for the businesses we partner with. Because ultimately, creating impact isn’t just our work, it’s our responsibility.
